50 Cents finally sells his Connecticut mansion for US$2.9M

After trying for 12 years to sell his mansion, Curtis James Jackson III, professional called 50 Cents, has finally sold his 50,000 square foot, 52-room Connecticut, at a huge price cut, according to the Wall Street Journal. The mansion was first listed at US$18.5 million in 2015. It has seen several price cuts since then and was most recently listed at $4.995million, but it still wasn’t bought. It has finally been bought for US$2.9 million.

50 Cents bought the house in 2003 from Mike Tyson at a sum of US$4.1 million, which was considered as the most expensive home ever sold in Farmington, Connecticut.

The home has 19 bedrooms 25 bathrooms, an indoor pool and hot tub, a night club, an indoor court, multiple game rooms, a green screen room, a recording studio, and many other opulent features
