Cece Maintain wins DDEA Life Time Achievement Award


Cece Maintain, a Liberian actress, has been awarded a Life Time Achievement award for her humanitarian services. According to Dr. Demian Ndubuisi Chukwu, he started the Deedee Entertainment Awards in 2015 to appreciate people who have been giving back in the community and helping the poor. This year’s event marks the 4th DDEA Awards ceremony.

In a grand event held on the 22nd of September, awards were given to several persons, including Liberia’s Cece Maintain. This occasion also marked the retirement of Cece Maintain from the Liberian Entertainment Industry. According to Cece Maintain, she believes she has done a lot for the Liberian community and she is now retiring from the Liberian Entertainment Industry upon the receipt of this award. She has not disclosed exactly what she would be doing afterwards, but she made it clear that she will be going on into other communities and start making big international moves.

MacDella Jaa, alias Lady T, was in attendance as the Red Carpet Host, and she killed that dress!!! She changed twice and was indeed a gorgeous Red Carpet Host.

Frank Artus was also seen giving his support to his Liberian sisters. Gray Cute did a splendid performance. It was an awesome evening of glitz and glamour.
