Two Liberian artists, Speedo’o Da Rapper of the “Talk of the town movement” and J Slught of BeeVonne records, represented Liberia in The Gambia at the EcoFest Gambia 2019. They were accompanied by Team Double H Ent. (Double H and Master Queen). Master Queen was given the mic to do her thing, and she introduced the two Liberian artists and welcomed them to the stage.
Speedo’o mounted the stage first and gave his audience a show. He performed few of his songs, including one of his latest efforts he calls “Re Rap”. Of course, the crowd was feeling him, as evidenced by the applauds, and the movement of the people.
J Slught later took to the stage, wearing a rather remarkable outfit, a top made to look exactly like the flag of Liberia. He was just the icing on the cake. His sweet melodious voice just could not be resisted. He did few of his songs, including the most loved ‘Don’t Jerk”.
